Ken Stern writes to ask if other PowerBook 12″ owners have had issues with unusually hot-running machines. Ken reports that Apple Support message boards are filled with complaints, but there’s no official line from Apple. Ken writes, “I called Thursday night to complain and the tech said “I know they run damn hot…but that’s normal.” I don’t believe it!” Okay, folks, let’s see how hot our comments area gets: is this a serious problem for you?
