Save a vacation day, fire up your backyard barbeque grills and get those invitation lists ready, because if you’ve been waiting to have a raucous “Syncing Entourage Contacts with Palms in OS X” party, Microsoft has now given you a date. On Monday July 15, Microsoft has announced, it will finally make the Entourage Palm conduit for OS X available for download. (Want some tips for your Sync Party? Microsoft understands, and has posted a guide to making Office the “hub of your summer planning.”) I’ll be in Paris in July, but if anyone wants to join me for “Syncing on the Seine,” drop me a line!
Microsoft has also announced Office v.X service release 1, with improved Hotmail support and security fixes, as well as a 3.0 upgrade to MSN Messenger, though the page and download links for Messenger aren’t updated yet.
