Russ Peltier points out that the maximum amount of RAM you can install in either Wall Street or Lombard is actually 512 MB. Simple Technology is now shipping a low-profile (1.5 inch) 256 MB SO-DIMM (part number SIT-STA-MAIN/256) that fits in the lower slot of the latest model PowerBook G3s. When installed along with the larger (2.0 inch) 256 MB SO-DIMM in the top slot you net RAM capacity increases to 512 MB.
The new 256 MB module from Simple Technology is hard to find and is currently priced at about US$1000 if you can find it. The MSRP is US$795. Russ reports finding his from MacWarehouse (item number CHP0706), although it is not known for its great prices on memory. CDW (part number 159499, 800-800-4239 x.8219, Bruce) also lists it as available for order on their Web site.
