Intersolv Discontinues Mac ODBC Drivers

Intersolv, makers of the ODBC drivers that ship with Office 98 and the only makers of ODBC drivers for the Mac, are discontinuing support for the Macintosh. From their “product stabilization” document:
Dear DataDirect Customer:
On behalf of the INTERSOLV DataDirect organization, we are writing to convey information about changes to the DataDirect product line and policies that may impact your organization, and specifically, to inform you of DataDirect?s recent decision to discontinue sales and end support over time for all products on the Macintosh PPC platform and the DataDirect Connect product on the OS/2 platform as outlined below.
