Tools Plus Pro 5 was released by Water’s Edge Software yesterday. The package is a collection of libraries and a development frameworks optimized for features new to MacOS 8.6. Theme support and Help Manager support, as well as first class Apple Event management are said to be the product’s greatest strengths. Tools Plus Pro supports Symantec and Metrowerks C/C++ compilers and lists for $249 ($99 academic). Tools Plus Lite, supporting only 68k Codewarrior libraries is also available for $99. They are each available at the Developer Depot at (800)MACDEV-1.
