The Wall Street Journal’s Jeremy Wagstaff could become a potential switcher: the writer, who has written about the deficiencies of Bluetooth, concedes life on the Mac is better in his latest column. He runs a reader’s letter explaining that the installation problems plaguing Windows users are nonexistent on Mac OS X: no installation software, Address Book integration, caller ID, and on-screen SMS. “I’ve got to get a Mac,” writes Wagstaff.
