So I have this 14″ iBook. Nice and quiet other than the HD. Now I have this new 17″ PowerBook. *HISS HISS HISS* I feel like I’m living with Salazar Slytherin! I know people keep saying “this is normal”. So here’s what I want to know? Why doesn’t it hiss if I reduce the CPU performance!? Is anyone else annoyed as hell with this!? Ed: Unfortunately, we don’t have the comments system up yet so we can’t have an open discussion on this. If anyone else is having this experience or could explain why this is happening in the first place, post a story to the Newswire. -PK
