MiCal version 1.0 provides a system-wide menu in Mac OS X 10.2 or later which quickly displays the user’s schedule for today based on selected iCal calendars, and provides an icon in the menubar which shows the current date. Version 1.0 includes the ability to also display events from yesterday and/or tomorrow, or an entire week worth of events. It also adds automatic version checking, and fixes a few bugs. The free nagware application is fully functional except that registered users ($9.95) do not have to manually refresh the menu to reflect changes to their iCal calendars.
