Cult of Mac‘s Leander Kahney: “It’s complete surprise to me that the iBook’s battery pack is filled with ordinary-looking rechargeable batteries. Apparently this is also the case with the PowerBook. And I thought they’de be filled with a rectangular battery — dense and compact — like the iPod. It’s so un-high-tech.”
