New Apple Store in the Hotbed of the “Three Cs?”

First off, the “Three Cs”, for the uninitiated, are conservatism, Christianity and Chevy Suburbans. This bedroom community of Los Angeles with about 110,000 residents has historically been a haven for police and firefighters of Los Angeles. It is located right next door to L.A., but Simi Valley is in fact in Ventura County. Until recently, Simi Valley often earned the “safest city (with populations over 100K people) in America” title until the last year or so when a few murders spoiled the record. Prior to those, it was common for Simi to not have any homicides during a year.
