Visage Login 2.4.1 Released
Sanity Software has released version 2.4.1 of Visage Login, a shareware program that allows users to customize their login screens as well as run screen savers as a desktop background and personalize system alerts.
The new version, a 2.4 megabyte download by way of , adds the following bug fixes:
-Non-admin users can now replace the login screen background image.
-Fixed issue where characters such as parentheses in the login panel text message could prevent the message from being displayed on the login panel.
-Fixed rare issue where Visage could crash on launch.
The latest version of Visage Login requires Mac OS X 10.4 or later to run while older versions of the Mac OS X operating system can run older versions of the software that incorporate a preference pane for their functions. Organizations can purchase Visage Login for 50+ machines on a wider software license for $29.95. The software comes with a 30 day money back guarantee.
