On Tuesday, Koloroo announced two new widgets that could be run on any iPod featuring a color screen. The first, TipKalc, serves as a utility for calculating a 15 to 20 percent tip on any bill and can even split a check five ways.
The second, KolorWheel, displays a suggested color scheme on your iPod. Users can hold their iPod next to an object they wish to match it with and choose a color scheme from there.
TipKalc is available for US$4.99 whereas Koloroo is available for US$7.99. Both programs can be loaded onto an iPod via a Mac or Windows-based PC.
If you’ve tried either of these programs and had either a positive or negative experience, let us know.
