Video Guide to Replacing iPhone Battery Released
It's not for the techie faint of heart, but here it is: the first video guide as to how to replace your iPhone's battery via the guys over at Gear Live went all out on this.
Keep in mind this will violate your warranty and there's a risk of bricking or damaging the iPhone, but here you go:

Speed it up, boys.
The banter was mind numbing and completely unnecessary.
I feel like I have seen several instructional videos in the last few weeks that are several times longer than they need to be. When there is an urgent need to disseminate some information, I can forgive poor editing. But they could have taken a little more time with this.

BTW, no way I'd ever try to pry an iPhone open. What was Apple thinking?

It was painful to watch them do this whole process against a tile counter. Scratching noises the whole time!
