List of Mac OS X 10.5.2 Fixes Expands to Over 130

Fitting into the category of "all right, already, just release it", Apple has released yet another pre-release build of its upcoming Mac OS X 10.5.2 update to the developer community.

According to AppleInsider, the build, which is scheduled for release sometime this month, features several additional fixes, bringing the update list to over 130 improvements.

Among the latest additions were fixes to Leopard's Finder sidebar, desktop backgrounds, iChat's Bluetooth functionality, Time Machine, and disk space management, according to sources close to the story.

Like the previous builds of the 10.5.2 update, Apple has asked its developer developer community to focus their testing efforts on about a dozen core system components such as Audio Input, Bluetooth, the Finder, Graphics Drivers and Spotlight.

New areas of improvement focus on significant feature additions such as Remote Disc optical drive sharing, a new list view in Stacks and support for the recently-released Time Capsule backup device.

If you've heard anything else or can offer new information as to the status (or, better yet, the release date) of the 10.5.2 update, let us know over in the comments or forums.

I'd say 130 fixes is pretty good. Can't the 131st fix wait for 10.5.3? Release the damn thing already.;-)
