Apple Releases Version 1.3 Update for Fifth Generation iPod
On Friday, Apple released version 1.3 of its firmware for the fifth generation iPod. The update, a 6.3 megabyte download, is vaguely described as containing "bug fixes" and supersedes previous versions of the firmware.
To download the update, connect the fifth generation iPod to your Mac through iTunes, click the iPod and click "Check for Update" to install the new version.
If you've tried the update and noticed any changes with your iPod, let us know in the comments or forums.
