iPhoneNotes 0.3 Out the Door

iphone3.jpg

It's a simple idea, but it could be useful.

On Sunday, a developer known by his (or her) online handle Viru8 released iPhoneNotes 0.3, the most recent version of their free utility that allows iPhone notes to be viewed, edited and removed on your Mac.

The current version, a 2.4 megabyte download, boasts the following fixes and changes:
Version 0.3:
-Long notes are now displayed correctly.
-Bonjour ip-resolving problem fixed.

Version 0.2:
-Sparkle update engine.
-Bonjour browser.
-iPhoneNotes is now Universal.
-Date was +1 day on the iPhone.
-Other small bugfixes and performance optimizations.

iPhoneNotes requires Mac OS X 10.5 or later to install and run as well as a jailbroken iPhone running firmware version 1.1.3 or later.

So, if you haven't followed all the guidelines Apple set out for iPhone usage, this could come in handy...

If you've tried the software, let us know over in the comments or forums.
