Missing Sync for Palm 6.0.3 Released
Late Friday, Mark/Space version 6.0.3 of its Missing Sync for Palm OS, its synchronization utility for communication between Mac OS X and Palm OS-based devices.
The new version, a 40.1 megabyte download (courtesy of VersionTracker), offers the following fixes and changes:
-Call Log and SMS Log applications allow deleting of individual items.
-Yojimbo 1.5 now synchronizes.
-Fixed an intermittent crash at the end of sync.
-Fixed a problem where contacts that are in multiple groups would be removed from groups after a device edit.
-Fixed a problem where syncing iTunes playlists with video files erased the DCIM directory on the device. We now filter video files in playlists and only install audio files.
-Fixed a problem with event recurrence projections.
-Fixed issues with recurring tasks.
-Fixed issues with custom field sync and Entourage.
Missing Sync for Palm OS retails for US$39.99 for new users (US$24.95 for upgrading users) and requires Mac OS X 10.4.9 or later to run.
If you've tried the new version and had either a positive or negative experience with it, let us know over in the comments or forums.
