On Monday, Apple released build 9D25 of its upcoming Mac OS X 10.5.3 operating system update. The build, which kept the same core evaluation areas, tacked on almost two dozen additional bug fixes, bringing the total number of enhancements and code corrections included within Mac OS X 10.5.3 to over 200.

According to AppleInsider, some of the latest fixes target sequential write errors in the Finder, column views in Mail.app, 802.1X AirPort issues, problems with AFP Server hanging and problems with MCX Client.

The update currently stands at 415 megabytes for the bare bones distribution and is expected to be released within the next two weeks.

If you've heard anything on your end or have a fix you'd like to see, let us know over in the comments or forums.
