Ambrosia Releases iToner 1.0.7
Late Thursday, shareware and utility outfit Ambrosia Software released iToner 1.0.7, the most recent version of its shareware ringtone utility.
iToner enables you to quickly transfer custom ringtones for your iPhone - without modifying, hacking or having to reset your iPhone. Simply drag and drop your MP3 or AAC audio files on iToner's window, click the Sync button, and you're done! Even better, your ringtones will continue to work with future iPhone OS updates.
The new version, a 7.2 megabyte download, offers the following fixes and changes:
-Support for iPhone OS 1.1.4.
-Fixes with iTunes compatibility. iToner should no longer prevent iTunes from removing iTMS ringtones.
-Fixed crash when syncing with iPod touch from iTunes.
-Various fixes and enhancements.
The application is programmed as a Universal Binary and can run at native speeds on both PowerPC and Intel-based hardware. iToner requires Mac OS X 10.4.10 or later to run.
Note: iToner does not run on Windows.
If you've tried the program and have either positive or negative feedback, let us know in the comments or forums.
Sorry for the late posts today. If a certain Internet provider (Cox) became competent, it would destroy their entire business strategy.
