Google Talk Comes to iPhone/iPod Touch

On Thursday, software giant Google announced that it has released Google Talk for the iPhone and iPod touch. Like most web apps, users just have to point their handset's Mobile Safari browser to www.google.com/talk, sign in and they'll have full access to the Google Talk application.
According to The Unofficial Apple Weblog, Google Talk for iPhone will only work when it is the active window in Mobile Safari. Close the web broswer, or switch to a different window and you'll show up as unavailable in Google Talk.
If you've tried this on your end, let us know how it went in the comments or forums.
