MegaFon Confirms iPhone 3G Deal for Russian Market

On Tuesday, a question that may have preyed on some minds was answered. According to Reuters, MegaFon, Russia's third largest mobile wireless carrier announced that the company had signed a deal with Apple to sell the iPhone 3G in Russia.
"The sales of iPhone in Russia will start this year," the company said in a short statement.
