On Thursday, Apple announced a global tour or iPhone-focused presentations aimed at its developer community.

"Apple technology evangelists and engineers will soon be traveling the globe bringing iPhone development expertise to a city near you. Learn about the tools and technologies you'll use to create great iPhone applications, then work with the experts to optimize your code, refine your user interface, and apply the knowledge you gain from the sessions to enhance the capabilities of your iPhone application," the company says.

The free event will tour between October and December and include the following dates and locations:

Oct 22nd: Paris
Oct 24nd: Munich
Nov 3rd: Amsterdam
Nov 7th: London
Nov 10th: Berlin
Nov 11th: Madrid
Nov 14th: Copenhagen
Nov 17th: Zurich
Nov 19th: Rome
Dec 8th: Stockholm
