Title: Executive Admin. IILocation: Santa Clara Valley,CA

This position provides administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the interim CEO. This support includes communications, telephone, correspondence and general admin work. The work includes acting as a communication liaison between Apple and the office of the iCEO as well as between Pixar and the the office of the iCEO. Telephone support includes answering, screening, routing, and following up on all incoming calls (internal and external). Correspondence support requires overseeing the flow of all incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence, including faxes.

This includes responding to the correspondence, forwarding it as appropriate, following up, and maintaining a mail data base. General admin support includes maintaining files, running errands and backing up other Exec Admins as needed. Other admin duties include sending faxes, processing purchase orders, POs, check requests, purchase reqs, and ordering and tracking equipment as requested by the iCEO. AA or Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 5+ years of responsible admin support in a dynamic, high-tech environment. Superior verbal and written communication skills with customer service or similar experience desired. Proven problem solving ability with challenging deadlines.

Ability to anticipate change and react efficiently and expeditously. Maturity to handle multiple (multi-tasking), changing, and confidential issues and communicate effectively with senior executives, entertainment industry executives, and government officials. Must excel under pressure and with changing deadlines. Ability to prioritize and respond to multiple requests and to work independently as well as in a team environment is essential. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are the keys to success in this position. Macintosh proficiency required; familiarity with OPENSTEPhelpful.
