A Simple Yet Practical Laptop Monitor Stand

The Oyster Docking solution just got launched on stage at DemoMobile in San Diego today. Oddly enough, only the press section of their Web site really shows how it’s used.

It’s not a port replicator, other than via the optional powered USB hub, but a great way of getting a laptop’s perfectly decent LCD monitor up to eye level. It’ll definitely prevent me from turning into a hunchback, so I’ll be one of the first in line to buy one. I spoke to the guys doing the demo, and they anticipate a January release.
