The last puzzle piece falls into place for AirPort networking as Apple begins to ship the AirPort card, after AirPort-ready iBooks and iMacs (e.g., the Kihei) have hit retail shelves and after the AirPort base station started shipping last week. A few PowerPage readers in the US say that the Apple Store has notified them that their AirPort cards, on back-order for several months, have begun shipping. Obviously, if you have waited until now to order one, you’ll have to wait until everyone else gets their AirPort cards before you get yours.
