Apple releases updated Epson, Canon, HP printer drivers for Mac OS X 10.6, 10.7, 10.8 operating systems

The Software Update feature is your friend today.

On Tuesday, Apple released its Epson Printers Drivers 2.14 package. The update, a 1.04 gigabyte download, adds updated drivers for assorted Epson printers, scanners and multifunction devices.

The update requires an Intel-based Mac running Mac OS X 10.6 or later and can also be located, snagged and installed via Mac OS X’s Software Update feature.

Apple also released its Canon Laser Printer Drivers v2.0 for OS X package. The update, a 24 megabyte download, adds installs the latest software for your Canon Laser printer or scanner.

The update requires an Intel-based Mac running Mac OS X 10.6 or later and can also be located, snagged and installed via Mac OS X’s Software Update feature.

Finally, the company released its HP Printers Drivers 2.14 package. The update, a 473.4 megabyte download, adds updated drivers for assorted HP printers, scanners and multifunction devices.

The update requires an Intel-based Mac running Mac OS X 10.6 or later and can also be located, snagged and installed via Mac OS X’s Software Update feature.
