Apple Store Pasadena Grand Opening

The grand opening of the Apple Store in Pasadena was Tuesday night, and it was the biggest event in town. I’ve posted a narrative of the event with some pictures on the Web. Several hundred people were waiting for the doors to open, and the line continued throughout the evening. The staff gave away 1,000 T-shirts in a little less than two hours! The store really looked great inside and out. It was fully stocked but no 17″ PowerBooks, although there were plenty of promotional posters on the walls. The large, brightly lit Apple logos really stood out among the other shops on Colorado Blvd.
