Apple TV Ship Date Moved Back to Mid-March

Apple Inc. has pushed the ship date of its long-anticipated Apple TV device to mid-March according to a report on Macworld News.
“Wrapping up Apple TV is taking a few weeks longer than we projected, and we now expect to begin shipments mid-March,” commented an Apple spokeperson.
The Apple TV was introduced during last month’s Macworld Expo. The device features a 40 gigabyte hard drive, USB 2.0, Ethernet, HDMI, component and optical audio connections as well as 802.11 b, g and n support, allowing for wireless content streaming from Macs or PCs running iTunes 7 (full technical specs available here. The Apple TV is priced at US$299 and currently planned for a single configuration.
