R.I.P. PowerBook G4 15-inch
If you go to the Apple Store, only the 12-inch and 17-inch PowerBook G4 models are for sale. The venerable 15-inch has be End-Of-Lifed (EOL'd). If you need to have EV-DO card capability you may want to find one quickly. (Thanks Jack)

O.K. This should be the last time you guys will here from me. Something should honestly be said about this good old machine. It has served us with everything it had. I would say that a good number of us used powerbooks for the majority of our computing years. I remember the thrill of my first. That was when MACS where MACS. When they still had character and individuality. The end of the powerbook is an end to a chapter of human evolution. Technology has come so far in its time (remember when we broke the 1 gig mark?). I have to say that I am thoroughly upset by the decision to go intel. At least they could have gone with a company that had some flare, like AMD. No, the power pc will be in my computer for a very long time to come. I should be thankful that the prices on these things will (should) finally come down. I have no need for a pc with the MAC name on it. Good old powerbooks. When I finally do go to the intel society, I will be making the switch to windows. I will end it where it began.
