Black Friday Round Up: Where to go for Mac savings this Friday

Thanksgiving is over and the Black Friday deals are about to begin at both online and back and mortar outfits. Assorted retail stores like Target, Best Buy and Walmart began opening their doors last night and the following list of deals can be found for assorted Apple devices:

Where there iPad Pro is concerned, Target is offering the best deals, dropping the price by $150.99. With the discount, the entry-level 32GB Wi-Fi only iPad Pro model is available for $449.

For the 12.9-inch iPad Pro, MacMall is offering the following prices:

– Wi-Fi + Cellular/128GB/Silver for $887, down from $,1029 ($142 off)
– Wi-Fi + Cellular/128GB/Space Gray for $887, down from $1,029 ($142 off)
– Wi-Fi/32GB/Space Gray for $675, down from $799 ($124 off)

If you’re looking for an iPad Air 2, Target is offering the entry-level Wi-Fi only version of the tablet for $274 while Best Buy is offering it for $275, a hefty discount off its regular $399 price tag. Other capacities are also available at a discounted price.

Target has the iPad mini 2 available for $199.79, a discount of $70.20 off the regular price.

iPhone shoppers will be able to snag a handset via savings up to $250 in gift cards at Best Buy, Target and Walmart with the purchase of an iPhone 7 or 7 Plus on an eligible device payment plan.

The handset can be purchased at a cheaper price through contracts with Sprint, Verizon and AT&T/ Walmart apparently has a deal going for AT&T and Verizon customers and their gift card is applicable to customers who want a pre-iPhone 7 model.

If you’re willing to make a switch to T-Mobile, the carrier is offering a Black Friday trade-in deal that reduces the price of an iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus handset to $0 with the trade in of an iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 7, or iPhone 7 Plus, Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 Edge, Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 Edge, or Note 5 for a free iPhone 7 or an iPhone 7 Plus that’s free or discounted to $100 based on the device traded in.

Verizon is offering a similar deal that allows Verizon customers to receive an iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus handset with a device payment plan providing they trade in an iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, Samsung Galaxy S6, Samsung Galaxy S6 edge, Samsung Galaxy S6 edge +, Samsung Galaxy S7, Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, Samsung Note5, LG V20, LG G5 and Moto Droid Turbo 2.

Customers looking to grab an Apple Watch will find Kohl’s has the Apple Watch Series 2 with $105 in Kohl’s cash for Black Friday customers.

You can also purchase a Series 1 Apple Watch for $198 from Target, a $72 discount from the regular $270 retail price.

B&H Photo is discounting many now-discontinued first-generation 2015 Apple Watch models by a significant margin, offering savings as high as $550 on some models like the 42mm Space Black Apple Watch with Link Bracelet.

For customer looking to grab a fourth-gen Apple TV, Target is offering the set top box at a 25 percent discount via the following price points:

– 32GB Apple TV is available for $112.50, down from $149.99 ($37.50 off).
– 64GB Apple TV is available for $150, down from $199.99 ($50 off).

If you’ve had your eye on the new Touch Bar-equipped MacBook Pro, Amazon is offering the 13-inch model at a $100 discount, dropping the price from $1,499 to $1,399. The discount is available on both the Space Gray and Silver models.
