Desktop patterns (also known as “wallpaper” on the PC) can spice up a dull computer (like the many beige Macs out there) or add the extra zap to a new PowerMac, iBook, iMac or PowerBook. Most of us get into a habit with the Web sites we hit to look for new desktop patterns. This list of my favorite desktop pattern sites is meant to help you branch out and discover some great sites that offer free desktop patterns.
