Apple updated Final Cut Pro to version 3.0. New features include:
- Real time editing (without a card)
- Advanced color correction
- New video format (40minutes/1gig)
- Mac OS X native
Apple has specifically singled out the TiBook 667 MHz as having real time editing in Final Cut Pro 3.0. Real time mobile editing is huge news for PowerBook users! Not to mention the fact that the “Offline RT” mode (a.k.a. Photo JPEG) allows PB users to capture huge amounts of video using far less drive space.
