Update ran fine, non-iTunes ringtones retained functionality. Haven't tried iToner 1.0.6 yet because some of my still working ringtones originated from iToner.

Hurray! :D I can again remain connected to my Garmin nuvi 680! 1.1.3 broke that and I had to get Apple to exchange my iPhone for one in stock that still had 1.1.2. Tried the update on my girlfriend's 1.1.3 to verify bluetooth functionality, saw it worked, then took the plunge on mine. So far so good!
