Default 10.5.2 iCal, Entourage 2008 sync issues => DEATH

I've got a MacBook Pro 15" 2.33GHz C2D 3GB Ram and 250GB hard drive.

I had run a Drive Genius repair yesterday morning before installing the 10.5.2 update, so no major bitmap or header issues.

Ran 10.5.2 with no problems. Leopard Graphics Update - no problems. After restarting, i had 100+ sync issues with iCal. About half were conflicts with Entourage 2008 sync and half with my iPhone. After going through all of these, it just popped up again. Nothing seemed to have changed. Finally I realized it would only work if I resolved all conflicts to iCal.

Over some time, Entourage has had issues syncing with iCal's subscription calendars - birthdays and US holidays. The Entourage calendar group within iCal would have 20 duplicates of the same holiday for example. I deleted the whole Entourage calendar group in iCal, and somewhere along the way in doing all this, my Entourage database got screwed. However this time rebuilding the database failed. Then I tried to run Drive Genius again, and repair failed. Defragment failed. Now I'm getting whatever I can off in target mode and starting clean. :/

Anybody else encounter any problems with sync services between Entourage, Mac OS and iPhone? I also use Exchange with Entourage.

Default 10 5 2 iCal Entourage 2008 sync issues t DEATH

No help here but it might still be related to iCal-sync-bug, which, unfortunately, hasnt been completely worked-out with the last update...

I have the same problem here but with my calendar being stored on a server, outside my home/work place. Some of my computers have no problem to see instant changes made on a calendar while others just do not update that calendar but work flawlessly with other calendars... Annoying...

Default 10 5 2 iCal Entourage 2008 sync issues t DEATH

I am currently using a POP3 email account and I would like to be able to access emails and also share calendar, contacts and tasks between MS Outlook on a Windows XP and Entourage on OS X. I have not been able to find a way to read the same email on both computers.

Any ideas?

Cheers
