Going Once…Apple Lisa Prototype

Own a slice of the Apple history pie and bid on an Apple Lisa prototype on eBay. Bidding started at US$1,500, but there is a US$10,000 reserve on it.

One of the very first Apple Lisa Ones. This unit was bought from an early Apple developer. There was such a frenzy to get it into operation that they did not want to wait until the plastic case came off the line. They made their own wooden legs, and put it immediately into use. He assured us that only seventy-five of these were made. Has boards and mouse and keyboard, we have not fired it up, and don?t want to try. That is for some expert to do with great care. Comes with network cables. Quite a rare bird. Reserve is $10,000. Happy hunting.
