It seems to be an all or nothing situation to frustrated Handspring Visorcustomers who are either still waiting for their order to ship orhave received (and/or been charged for) multiple units. Other userswere charged too much sales tax or couldn’t place their orderaltogether. Handspring has set up a Web page toexplain these errors, but many users are losing their initialenthusiasm for the Visor. Handspring is working to resolve theseissues and has added more than 40 operators to its phone ordercenter, according to a story on Wired.com.
