Here’s another trackpad option for the Mouseworks driver to fix the over-acceleration of the Kensington Thinking Mouse’s drivers:
If you hold down the Option-key when opening the Options Menu, you get a hidden choice called “Compatibility Options”. This allows you to set the Trackpad to be Ignored and it will perform normally.
There is no explicit selection for the TrackPad, but I believe that the Apple Extended Mouse 400 CPI is the correct choice. If not, try the 200 CPI or others.
Having made these settings, I use the Thinking Mouse on my Wallstreet 250 without problem and see no reason why it should function differently vis a vis the TrackPad on other PBs if it functions at all.
