iWork for iCloud out of beta, now available to all users

What a difference a name change makes.

Well, that and taking something out of its beta cycle.

Apple removed the “beta” tag to its online suite of iWork apps on Thursday. The move means that anyone with an iCloud account can use Pages, Numbers, and Keynote on their browser.

The service entered beta in 2014, and required iCloud users to sign up for it. On Thursday, however, all visitors to iCloud.com were greeted with the message that, “Now anyone can use Pages, Numbers, and Keynote for iCloud.”

iCloud is a free service from Apple, and that includes the iWork for iCloud suite.

If you’ve had a chance to play with the software and have any feedback to offer, let us know in the comments.
