Madsonline = Customer Service


I recently had my Madsonline Micro Adapter for my TiBook stop working. I emailed Madsonline requesting information on warranty return and the following arrived the next business day:

Dear Todd,

We are sorry for the malfunction of your adapter. We are sending you a replacement ACG4 today with a self address stamped envelop. Please send us back the defective one when you get it.

IMHO that’s REAL customer service. I will most certainly be buying from Madsonline again!
