Pervasive Wireless at CMU

Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA is just putting the finishing touches on all campus wireless network that will be ready by the end of the fall semester. The network will cover all campus buildings and will be available to all students, staff, and faculty. It’s 2Mb/s IEEE 802.11 DSSS and should thus be compatible with iBooks Airport networking.
