The Personal JukeBox PJB-100 packs a 4.8 GB hard disk, a big LCD screen, a USB interface for downloads, and software-based MP3 encoder/decoder. Its hard drive is an IBM 2.5″ notebook drive for rugged reliability, and has a Motorola 24 bit DSP (XC56309PV80, 33MHz / 20 MIPS) with a firmware-upgradable encoder/decoder.
