I received my KeyBorg replacement keyboard today from DigitalHipps, less than a week after I ordered it. That’s pretty impressive, given that it shipped from Japan.
Installation took some care, though in the end it all went very smoothly. I took pictures throughout the keyswapping process, and will post them along with comments to my Web site soon. In the mean time, here are some pictures of the finished product:

I ordered the “ghost” version, which I would call “stealth”: there’s nothing printed on any of the keys. I touch-type and use Dvorak, so the stuff printed on the keys is just a distraction for me anyway. I mixed red and black keys to paint a “V” in the middle of the board, in honor of V-Day my new employer.
I have to say I’m thrilled with the results. In sixteen years of owning Macs, I’ve never had one nearly this cool.
