TiBook Award: Popular Science Best of What's New

Today I opened up my mailbox and to my surprise, I saw a PowerBook Titanium looking back at me. No, my friend Steve didn’t send me a PowerBook, it is on the latest cover of Popular Science magazine.

Yes, I know I’m probably the last guy on earth receiving paper magazines in the mail but hey, have you seen the price of magazines at Barnes and Noble lately? Anyway, their “Best of What’s New Awards” is out and it has some incredible things inside its pages. Apple tore it up with the G4 PowerBook and the G4 tower.

Some other great technologies like artificial hearts and titanium shirts are also featured in the November issue. Yes, titanium shirts. See Apple is influencing style. Surprisingly, Microsoft?s Windows XP wasn’t in this top 100… although Microsoft did get in with the Xbox.
