WaterField Designs announces Zip Brief for 12-inch MacBook

The first of the 12-inch MacBook cases has arrived.

And it looks pretty nifty.

WaterField Designs has announced the Zip Brief, a case specifically designed for the new 12-inch Apple MacBook. The Zip Brief features pockets that cradle the MacBook on one side and accessories on the other, and an angled front pocket holds a smartphone, wallet or commuter pass.

The case is TSA-friendly and can be fully opened for airport security while contents remain safely secured.

The Zip Brief is available in tan waxed canvas or black ballistic nylon, includes two nylon handles and a detachable suspension shoulder strap and retails for US$179.00. The unit is now available for pre-order and begins shipping on March 31st.
