Best US$7 I ever spent. WindowshadeX lets you setup double click to window shade anything in OS X just like OS 9, plus you can setup cmd-m and/or the yellow button to window shade, hide the app, or minimize (dock) the window.
The coolest feature is the ability to make a window transparent by control-double clicking the title bar. Lets you quickly see through the window.
