Apple launched Apple Pay in Russia on Tuesday, marking the 10th country in which Apple Pay has gone online, following the United States, Britain, Canada and others.

Apple Pay first went online in 2015 and will operate via partners Sberbank and Mastercard in Russia.

To use Apple Pay, consumers tap their iPhone over payment terminals to buy coffee, train tickets and other services. It can be also used at vending machines that accept contactless payments.
