I couldn’t agree more with what Bob Snow wrote in his editorial about OS 10.2 and .Mac (“Yes to 10.2 and No to .mac“). I’m not sure whether Apple’s getting the message over this, but there is one way we can ensure our dissatisfaction gets through; Apple has set up a .mac feedback page.
