Alpine Electronics has announced the KCA-420i, a US$100 in-vehicle interface adapter that connects your iPod into any compatible 2004 Alpine Ai-NET head unit.
The KCA-420i will be available in late September according to the manufacturer and is compatible with any iPod and iPod mini with dock connector and iPod Update 2004-04-28.
