Aluminum PowerBook Pitting

MacInTouch has posted a reader thread on the topic of Aluminum PowerBooks pitting. “No, what we’re seeing are not scratches, they are actual pits, depressions, gouges in the aluminum which I can only surmise are caused by body oils or some reaction with other chemicals in our skin.” Several readers have chimed in with similar reports.
