If the power adapter that services your iBook/Powerbook dies in the next few days, you will be in trouble, but only because neither Apple, nor CompUSA, nor MacWarehouse, nor MacMall, nor most AASPs have such a beast in stock, nor do they suspect they’ll have any for 2-4 weeks.
Conspiracy theorists among you can guess that this means new Power Adapters are coming with the new PowerBooks… But I really don’t care, I just want my iBook to work.
The only source I’ve been able to find is Small Dog Electronics, they’ve got five left now that I’ve taken one.
